Our story
Hello, I'm Victorio – the innkeeper and the heart and soul behind "Hand aufs Herz." I'm 34 years old and a true career changer in the restaurant industry. After many years in an office, I've fulfilled a long-held dream with this modern inn: to be a host and create a place where people leave a little happier than when they entered.
I was born and raised in a small village on Lake Constance. This is where my love for southern German, Bavarian, and Alpine cuisine comes from—with all its authentic flavors and memories of home. I've always been passionate about hosting, as there's no better feeling for me than making the people around me happy. So, a few years ago, the desire to open my own restaurant arose—a place where all of this comes together.
